Required Documents for Scholarship Applications
- Passport-size photo
- Valid passport
- Educational documents (Transcripts and Certificates)
- English/Chinese Proficiency Test results (e.g., IELTS, HSK)
- ID card
- Updated CV/Resume (highlighting academic and extracurricular achievements)
- 2 Letters of Recommendation
- Research Proposal/Statement of Purpose (for postgraduate programs)
- Work Experience Letter (if applicable for gap years or specific programs)
Undergraduate Programs
- Foundation Year: Minimum 60% academic score
- Bachelor’s Programs: Minimum 65-70% academic score
- Language Proficiency: HSK Level 4 (for Chinese-taught programs) or IELTS 6.0 (for English-taught programs)
Postgraduate Programs
- Minimum 65% or a 2.7 CGPA on a 4.0 scale
- Master’s/PhD Programs: HSK Level 5-6 (Chinese-taught) or IELTS 6.5 (English-taught)
- Research Proposal (for Master’s/PhD programs)
Application Process

Receive Pre-Admission Notice
After successfully completing the interview, you will receive a pre-admission notice confirming your preliminary acceptance.
Pay Initial Deposit
In some cases, an initial deposit is required, which is directly paid to the university. This deposit is refundable.
Receive Admission and Visa Letters
After the deposit is made, the university will issue the official admission letter and the JW202 visa letter.

Submit your documents and visa application at the Gerry’s Office to secure your study visa for China.
