Entry Requirements for Canadian Universities

Required Documents for Applications

  • Passport-size photo
  • Valid passport
  • Educational documents (Verified Transcripts and Certificates)
  • Language Proficiency Test results (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL)
  • ID card
  • Updated CV/Resume (highlighting academic achievements)
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation
  • Statement of Purpose/Motivation Letter
  • Work Experience Letter (if applicable for gap years or specific programs)

Undergraduate Programs

  • Minimum 65-70% academic score for Bachelor’s Programs
  • Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 80+

Postgraduate Programs

  • Minimum 2.5 CGPA on a 4.0 scale for Master’s Programs
  • Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90+
  • Research Proposal or Portfolio (if required for specific programs)

Application Process

Submit Your Application

Receive a Conditional Offer Letter

Once your application is reviewed, the university will issue a conditional offer outlining the required steps to secure your admission.

Meet the Conditions

Complete the conditions mentioned in the offer, such as submitting final transcripts, meeting language requirements, or additional documentation.

University Interview

If applicable, attend and successfully complete the university interview for your selected program.

Pay Initial Deposit

Many universities require an initial refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be refunded if your visa application is rejected.

Receive Visa Support Documents

After meeting all requirements, the university will provide you with the necessary documents to support your study visa application.

Canada Study Visa Application

Submit your visa application at the relevant visa application center and complete your preparations to study in Canada.
